Interview
Interview was for a contract position, wasn’t as formal as expected but took nearly two months to get feedback. I eventually got the role but was advised that the first choice applicant was no longer available.
It was a two part interview, with the team members and then with the manger - it was a positive experience. Questions were on real life day to day issues, mostly around stakeholder management.

A difficult decision you had to make to complete a release
I had a screening interview with HR to confirm my baseline knowledge. From there, I had a panel interview with the hiring manager and other feature leads to discuss technical and behavioral scenarios and situations.
