I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Austin, TX) in Jun 2007
Interview
The interview began with an intial phone call to inform that your application was filtered down. Second, they wanted you to conduct a personality test that will see if you are a fit for the position. Afterwards, you will meet with a panel interview with the banking center manager of the location you are applyinig for. Afterwards, you will speak to the recruiter and HR to negotiate your salary.
Very easy, Manager was nice and made the interview feel more like an conversation than an interview. It was not too long and no tricky questions, She explain the job and the what would be the career path in case I started with them.
It was awesome, it was quick and I had a lot of fun in the interview. I got asked some interesting questions and I was throughly challenged, but it turned out well. I would recommend this to anyone. Good luck.
They reached out via email and asked me to pick a time to talk. I picked a time but then didn't end up interviewing for the role. Their hiring progress was very professional
