Applied online. Did an assessment test online. Was called by recruiting center and asked if I was still interested (about 2 days after I applied). Scheduled a phone interview.
I had phone interview that took about 30 minutes. Customary questions ( tell us about last job; what is your 2 year plan; what are your weaknesses and strengths) Am still waiting to hear back about outcome,

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
