First you apply which is pretty easy, then you get a video interview to complete in 5 days only and they will ask you 3 questions. You cannot renaswer or do the video again you only get one try. You get 30 seconds to read the question and think about your answer.

I entered the video interview process and was asked 6 or 7 questions.
Basic question for a format like video interview where its mostly behaviour questions with a bit of current news and stuff.
