Initial Screening (HireVue):
The process usually begins with a pre-recorded HireVue interview. This stage focuses on behavioral and motivation-based questions, giving candidates the opportunity to demonstrate communication skills and interest in the program.
Superday Interviews:
Candidates who pass HireVue are invited to a Superday. This includes multiple live interviews with credit officers, analysts, and sometimes senior leaders. Expect both technical and behavioral questions, with a focus on credit risk, underwriting, and analytical thinking.

Across both stages, the process is known for being professional and welcoming. The team is approachable, and interviewers often emphasize collaboration, curiosity, and a strong interest in credit.

Interview
The superday consisted of two back-to-back 30-minute video interviews with members of the Enterprise Credit team. Both interviews were largely behavioral with a light technical focus. The first interviewer, a Senior VP/Commercial Credit Manager, reviewed my HireVue and asked about my background, internship experience, and interest in Enterprise Credit. The second interviewer, a Portfolio Manager, asked behavioral questions about teamwork, curiosity, and staying informed on financial news. The conversations were relaxed and conversational, and both interviewers emphasized culture, learning, and long-term development within the bank. I also had the chance to ask questions about skill development and career progression in credit.

After an initial resume screen you are sent an online HireView, and from then is the final round. Final round is 2 back-to-back interviews- each is 45 minutes long and they are mostly behavioral.

Tell me about yourself/ walk me through your resume
Started with a HireVue, then it was a super day that had 2 30-minute long interviews. Mostly behavioral, a couple of technical questions, overall not too bad. The superday was around a month after the HireVue
