Interview
Focused on fit and technicals - was not super intense. Asked questions on why I wanted to do IBD and what skills I had which could make me a good analyst.

Question 1
Where do you think the macroeconomic environment is headed?
Tell me about a recent deal you did
The interview process was very hard and very difficult, I did not get the offer for the investment banking analyst. Wish anyone the best if they are doing it. Good Luck
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Barclays (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Multiple back to back interviews, each with different more senior members of the team. Ssome were behaviorals with dif ppl, some were fully technical doing paper LBOs, and some brainteasers.
Two parts—puzzle solving and company fit. The puzzle-solving part was fine. The company fit part was odd and long. Basically, just a bunch of statements about company culture/teamwork, ranking them, then ranking them again when the question was asked in a different way.

They asked a math problem about probability. Very simple. The questions became progressively harder.
