I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
Manager was very welcoming, polite and professional, made sure I understood all the questions and asked for more details if he was not satisfied with what I replied.
The interview lasts for about one hour and you must talk about situations you have been through.
Try to explain following the STAR structure (situation, task, action, result/learn), sounds hard but it is a really good way to make sure you explained really well.
It was a very positive experience and now I am waiting for the outcome!!! :)

Question 1
Describe one time you had to follow the procedures of the company you worked for.
I interviewed at Barclays (Hemel Hempstead, England)
Interview
Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.
My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
