Submitted resume and cover letter. The interview was about 30 min long for IB. The interview was half behavioral and half technical. The behavioral part emphasized on teamwork and the technical part focused on current market/news and some quick math problems.

There were a few behavioral questions. Prepare a few stories for the same question.
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience
It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
