Interview
Phone interview of about 20 minutes. The interviewer just reads a question, and keeps silence while you reply. Then she will get to the next question. It is not a conversation, so it gets a bit uncomfortable and cold.
He asks behavioural questions about yourself (situation where you have lead a group, teamwork...).

What do you do when you have to learn about something in depth?
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience
It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
