I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Barclays
Interview
It was an online interview where you had to record your responses to questions you were asked. Some questions were hard to answer on the spot I.e a time when you had to say no to something you thought was unfair . There's no option to change your answer which isn't great for nervous interviewees that messed up the first time. I didn't feel like I got to show my full potential. The questions related more to past experience than the role you were applying for.

I interviewed at Barclays (Hemel Hempstead, England)
Interview
Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.
My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
