This was for a summer position in the London office. The day consisted of a group based trading game in which we traded on the expected market value against 3 other teams.
After this we had a number of interviews which ranged from 2-7 and you could of obtained more if you networked. The interviews were mainly all brainteaser and competency based. I had no technical questions however I know a few other people who got quite a few.

The person who interviewed me was really friendly and the process was very smooth. I was expecting competency questions or techniqal questions but actually received none. All questions were based on my CV so that was a bit out of my expectation.

Was largely qualitative with some brain teasers. Know your markets and have a story about it. Also I would recommend having some stock oitches. It was an overall not so bad interview with a one on one interview then a super day.

one telephone interview with HR with all the fit questions: describe a time when you help others, what would you do if one of your friends does something unethical. Then I got an AC, which contain a trading game and 3-4 one-to-one interview. The one-to-one is half fit question and half technical question. The technical is not very hard and about the news.
