My first and the worst interview. Besides I wasn't prepared much for the technical questions, the questions per se were not difficult. Taking into account that this was an internship position, the hiring manager could have provided more constructive feedback, not only three words.

I applied and 2 seconds later, was sent the link to an online assessment. It was unnecessarily long and didn't measure anything but common sense. I'm guessing that their goal is to weed out people who are not willing to waste their time taking their dumb assessments. If that was their goal, they definitely accomplished it, since I elected to not complete it. Get it together, HR! Is this a good measure of my quality as a candidate? Do you even look at the results?

The online assessment is one of the most intense and difficult that I have ever done. There is time limit, hence before starting the assessment it is recommended to take the exercises to familiarize yourself with the questions.
