I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Barclays
Interview
I saw the job posting on the careers website at my school. I applied and the next day I had a 30 minute phone interview with a first year analyst. Basic questions: why Barclays, what can you offer, tell me about the company, tell me about yourself. No technical questions. 4 days later invited to a superday in their New York offices, for 2 days after that. There were 4 back to back 30 minute interviews with everyone from analysts, to VPs, to MDs. 2 were behavioral and 2 were technical. Again, nothing unexpected. Basic accounting questions, bond math, asked about my view of the market, and to tell them about something I had recently read in the WSJ. 4 days after that I got a call extending me the offer.

It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Barclays (New York, NY) in Sep 2024
Interview
I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
