I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Pretty smooth, two 30 minutes interview including one asked to walk through your resume and one tested the technical skill, it was not very difficult and be careful about their trap questions, they really want to find the determined person with coding skill. In a word, be prepared to show your basic data structure and algorithm knowledge, be confident and you will have a good chance to get the offer.
Asked Technicals for 30 mins straight then a few behaviorals scattered in their as well. Got reffered by an associate then got the first round it was honestly a pleasant experience
It was a tough interview process which required two components the first of which was a 45 minute interview followed up by a 75 minute case study interview. There was a 15 minute gap in between

Interview
I took the online assessment a week ago. It consists of a cognitive test (about 15 minutes, many questions with repetitive questions), and easy Math questions. Not getting the rejection letter, but still waiting for the response
