The first round was phone screening with HR. The second round was both a technical and behavioral interview with the hiring manager. No online coding, just talk about your thoughts and solutions with interviewers.

Interview
I have interviewed for the role through GHC 2024. Initially, there was a phone screen followed by an interview and a 45-minute panel interview that was a mix of behavioral and technical questions based on my previous work experience.
The process was disappointing, with no proper communication from the recruiters and no respect for the candidate's time.
