I was fast tracked from a target university. This process was strange as it involved lots of networking on campus before the fast track day. Impress the people relevant to the division or HR. After that I was invited to a super day sort of thing. In the morning there were exercises from both the Markets and Banking side of the process. After that, if you impress with the exercises and the networking you'll be invited to a 1st round on Campus. I didn't pass that 1st round interview
