I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Barclays
Interview
Applied via the online form and invited for maths and then verbal reasoning test. Passed both and was given a date for telephone interview. Was first asked questions about Barclays in the news and the current economic climate, then asked questions about my CV. They want examples from business rather than university which is challenging if your internships were some years ago. They didn't ask any questions about Barclays marketing but instead about regulatory changes that could affect the bank. There was no opportunity to ask the telephone interviewer any questions about the programme. I had prepared for marketing questions rather than regulatory questions and did not get a second interview.
