Barclays Community Banker - Essential Banking interview questions

First online application, second was an online test almost instantly, then personal interview in which they asked 6 questions from the competencies they had mailed prior to asking me schedule an interview. I was interviewed in Ipswich by a senior lady and a younger lady who was constantly taking notes and probably rating me. They were friendly and was more of s conversation sharing my experiences. I got the feedback after 6 working days that I cleared but since someone who scored higher than me got this position, I had only another location available. I said a yes after quickly checking the post code, commute time, etc. After which they started processes with hire right for all employment education history, criminal and credit checks, etc. After initial check is done they confirmed on a tentative start date which was more than a month.
