We talked about the company. It was very conversational. Didn't feel like an interview. We got along well. They ask you to pick your favorite product and sort of sell it to them. The people hiring are usually quite nice. They go through a lot of applications so if you're picked that means they remember you and like you. So don't mess it up. Be cheerful. They love big bubbly personalities.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
