I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2015
Interview
I brought my resume to the store, and they called me back within the same week for an interview. It was a group interview with one other applicant. We sat on chairs in a circle and took turns answering, which could hinder you if the other applicants answer before you and say what you were going to say. The questions weren't too terrible. At one point the manager asked us to pick a product from the sales floor and demonstrate how we would sell it to a customer.

Question 1
Pick an item from the sales floor and show me how you would sell it to me.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Interview
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
