I applied online. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Ventura, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Really laid back and comfortable atmosphere despite it being a group interview (there was only one other girl). Interviewer told us where our parking is, what the dress code is, etc. The interview was probably no more than 15 minutes. She told us that someone would call us in about 1-2 weeks to let us know if we got the job. I didn’t get any call back (it’s already been more than 3 weeks) so I guess I didn’t get the job but it was still a good experience.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Interview
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Fort Collins, CO) in Oct 2025
Interview
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
