I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works
Interview
There was only one group interview. It being a group interview you have to make sure your voice is heard, since there was about 6 other people it was slightly difficult. Try to answer the questions first otherwise you're pretty much saying the same thing 2 other people just said. The interviewer was friendly & I made sure to thank him for his time when I was leaving, I noticed I was the only one that did so. I didn't love working there. The manager wasn't friendly & was sometimes rude to the more difficult customers which made it harder for me. They give you very few hours a day & unless you live close it isn't worth the drive. The other thing that made me quit was the smell. By the time I got off from working 3-5hrs I would have a migraine that wouldn't go away until the next morning.

Easy and straightforward! One in-person interview with the manager after applying online and then I received an offer during the interview. Worked here for 2 years and loved it. Basic questions about previous experience and why this company

Interview
Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
