I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Brampton, ON) in Nov 2012
Interview
Went in for a group interview and there were about 10 other people there. We were told to tell them about ourselves and why we would like to work there (BE OUTGOING!). I tried to take the lead while talking and being the most outgoing person there and they REALLY liked that. They asked us to make a gift for a husband looking to buy his wife something... Go all out - they want you to try and sell him everything if possible. You also give each other hand rubs with lotion and are asked if you're comfortable.
Interview questions [1]

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
