Question 1
Need to be able to give good examples of Leadership situation, behavior and outcomes. Will ask many questions about situations and want examples of what you did in the situation. Are very specific questions around talent legacy.
It was a very short phone interview, recruiter wasn’t personal. She read from a basic script and wasn’t very warm. She didn’t do a good job selling the position or company.
Overall good process. It does seem a little excessive with the number of people and how long it ends up taking going through the process from start to finish... you have to interview too many times with too many people!

Great recruiter -explained job, interview and about herself and the company. Asked questions about work history and volume of territory. Was very transparent with questions and where they were in the interview process
