They don't tell you it's going to be a group interview so make sure you have something original to say. And even though they're looking for someone with open availability, as a new hire, you'll probably only get 2 shifts for week. And if you're seasonal, that likely won't change at all.
They do spot on interviews if they are hiring and ask you questions about your experience and get your resume for reference to call you back to confirm information and give you offer

Interview
Manager interviewed two people at a time asking us to respond one person first and then the other and rotating whose turn it was to answer the questions first. The manager was very friendly and didn't make us feel intimidating; I got the feeling that I had done well during the interview and left with high hopes.
