I showed up at the store and then they waited for everyone to arrive before taking us to a back room where the group interview took place. They would ask the questions and then we would go around the group each giving our response.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
