Interview
The interview was very easy. I was prompted to pick out a fragrance and I had to "sell" it to the hiring manager in order to showcase my marketing skills. The manager asked about my availability and my hobbies. I was working at another job already so I think that was a catalyst for me getting hired. At the end of the interview, the hiring manager basically told me that I was hired. So I didn't have to wait for an email telling me that I was hired. The manager told me that I had to fill out some forms that were only available to employees. Within two weeks, I was working at Bath and Body Works.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
