I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Longview, TX) in Nov 2014
Interview
Easy. In person. Tests selling skills and product knowledge. Not hard to get hired at all. Will typically just ask simple questions and roll play with products. Looks to see where strengths and weaknesses are so they know where you would be best at in the store. This go have changed since the new SPAH crud, so is a little harder now then when I was hired!
