I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Baxter
Interview
The phone screen was short and sweet. The recruiter was accommodating and well spoken. The site interview was too long. Although it was nice meeting with every senior manager, it would have been nice to meet as a group, rather than one-on-one.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Some behavioral based questions - Many questions were asked in a different manner.
I applied online. I interviewed at Baxter (Round Lake, IL) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interviews were long about one hour per person. I met with four different key people individually. I had to come two different times due to people traveling. They asked a lot of technical questions to gauge my experience level and then asked a lot of situational questions to gauge my personality.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lab experience. Situational questions like name a time when your manager and you had a disagreement and how did you go about solving that disagreement?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Baxter in Apr 2014
Interview
I applied online and got a response roughly two weeks afterwards. The environment of the company appeared quite nice, interview questions/format was expected, nothing out of the ordinary. There was the general tell me about XYZ about yourself/on your resume, and there was also an opportunity to ask questions regarding the company at the end. Overall, a pleasant process, unfortunately I didn't get an offer so can't say much else.
