I applied through my school careers website and was chosen for a phone interview. I was actually on winter break out of state so two of my interviews were conducted over the phone. There were three interviews overall. The first phone interview asked me basic questions, the second was with a group panel of the engineers I would be working with. In Daytona I did an in person interview where I was given a basic skills test and continued regular interviewing and a tour of the building. The skills test comprised of basic English to metric conversions, readings on an engineering scale and a modeling assignment. Overall the people were pleasant, I noted that the engineering division of the company was very small compared to the pharmaceutical at this particular location.
