Interview
The interview process at Baxter was seamless and efficient, consisting of three rounds completed swiftly. The first round was a technical interview, where I showcased my expertise in C++. The second round was a techno-managerial interview, blending technical challenges with questions on project management and leadership. The final round was a managerial interview, focusing on cultural fit, leadership style, and alignment with the company's vision. Throughout, communication was prompt, and the interviewers were knowledgeable and engaging, making the experience positive and leaving me excited about the opportunity.
There were 3 rounds, first two being the technical and the last being the managerial round which was on-site. In-depth knowledge of the programming language was checked with some OS related questions. I had interviewed as a 6+ years experience candidate.

I have around 3 rounds of interview which has two technical round and one manager round. Technical round mostly related to basics, programming etc.. and in manger round is like hypothetical questions. overall not too hard not too easy
