Baxter Senior Data Analyst-- Auditor interview questions

I only had an interview with HR, but the experience was good. She was nice and clear about the questions. And she gives a clear expectation of the next candidate, including years of experience and technical skills. HR presented me to the hiring manager, but wasn't being selected because of years of experiences. The hiring manager want to have more years.
