The initial contact was from an HR person describing the position. The next contact was with the hiring manager via telephone asking me the standard questions ie why was I looking for a job, strenghts, weaknessest ect. the folloing week I did a telephone meeting with the the person he was reporting directly to-tough interview with many questions regarding strategy and tactical plans.
