Bay Alarm Customer Service Representative interview questions

I had an interview on video via Indeed, I was asked about prior job experience and how it's applicable to the job. The interview was very relaxed and professional throughout. But everything after this interview was terrible, I got absolutely no response, which hey it happens, but I contacted the recruiter to at least confirm if they had chosen other applicants or not. Never got a response, terrible experience it is a complete waste of time to interview here unless you have connections within the company, do not recommend to anyone serious about finding a job as you'll just get radio silence.

Short and simple Lucinda asked questions that revolves around customer service and explained the duties and responsibilities of the dispatch. They prefer for you to come early and to always make eye contact.
