I applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter who set up an online interview. The interview was with several people from the department asking standard scenario questions. All of the people on the call were friendly and nice. The interview process was not very long. I also asked questions and expressed some of my concerns regarding the position, and they were answered quickly (and without “we’ll have to get back with you about it” which leads me to believe the answers are true and this department has policies and protocols in order.
