It's recommended by an ancien intern, so I went directly to HR and he asked some question, and proposed another post that he thinks suited me best. And I eventually followed his suggestion.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bayer (Whippany, NJ) in Jan 2018
Interview
Interview process was long. Started with phone interview with the recruiter. Second interview was in Whippany, a panel interview with two people. A week latar interview with one of the functional business executive who I would be supporting. Another week, a phone interview with corporate finance person in Germany, who I would interact with on a monthly basis. I returned for a final meeting with Finance executive that my director reports into. After that interview, I was offered the job following day and then that process took another week to get everything in writing as I had to prove my current salary and bonus structure. All in all it took a month to get the offer.
