Recruiter will contact you via phone for initial interview. Next would be a panel interview of HR and the hiring manager via teams. They came late and during interview they were very upfront and you will sense the rudeness on them as they ask questions and make comments.

I have applied online and invited to Berlin office for initial interview. I have travelled from another country and interview was just about my CV. 1 week after the interview, I received an e-mail which says the position I have applied for is on-hold. After travelling long hours just for a CV review interview, it was not nice to receive such an e-mail. It was unprofessional and just a waste of time.
