After applying online, I received an email after a week or so. The recruiter sent me a date without even asking my availability. This attitude was continued during the whole interviewing process. I did the first online interview with the same recruiter again. Even though she was not able to answer my basic questions about the role, she underestimated my previous work experience just because I worked in another country. It was weird to hear because in the job description they wanted someone with 5 years of experience. Basically, she tried to lower my salary expectations by making subtle discriminations. Even though I was feeling negative about this person, I wanted to give one more chance and I accepted the second interview. This time 2 people (same recruiter and team leader) conducted the interview by asking same kind of questions over and over. It was such an outdated HR approach and everything they did was reflecting the company's culture pretty well.
