Very relaxed and asked experience based questions and how they have helped me with learning and how the skills I learned can be applied in the job. Casual for the majority of the interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bayer (Pittsburgh, PA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Arranged meeting with recruiter, asking me to call her at a certain time. First 3 times, she forgot to pick up. You have to keep following up, or the recruiter will drop interest in you. Otherwise, simple behavioral interview asking about leadership, personality, etc... Had to follow up after the interview as well by phone several times. Finally 6 weeks later, I was sent a rejection email from the recruiter. Terrible experience.
It was very short interview, very similar to what is expected in a basic interview. The supervisor called in for an interview in which she asked me about my resume and experiences. She was not so interested in what I had to say. Did not ask any further question. It was obvious she did not want to pursue any further from the beginning of the call.
