Interview
Panel interview with managers, staff nurses in one of the offices on the floor. There were other people waiting to be interviewed. It was simply straight forward questions and answers rather than getting to know each other.

Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
