The interview process was not as stressful as I had anticipated. The recruiter was friendly and answered any questions/concerns I had. They asked about my goals and aspirations. Once I got the job, I had to go through training which took about 4 days, but I was paid for it.

Easy, mostly over zoom because of Covid -19. Very professional from beginning to hire. The management is very accommodating and attentive on learning what you prefer. Great place to work!
