The interview process seems pretty long. I was contacted for a phone interview about a week after applying online. The phone interview went well with the HR recruiter, and I was then scheduled for an in person interview with the Nurse Manager of the unit a week after that. The in person meeting was actually a panel interview that consisted of the Nurse Manager, the day shift Nurse Supervisor, and 2 day shift Unit Secretaries. It was initially intimidating but everyone was really nice and it was easy to talk to them. Still waiting to hear back from the Nurse Manager but all in all I would say it was a positive experience. They ask a ton of behavioral questions.
