After a phone screen interview, a video conference was set up with the manager and supervisor. Typically, additional staff RN would join for peer review as well. I was very glad that I had decided to make a mock office for my interview which gave me the professional edge I needed.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for patient care. How did that affect the outcome?
Very straight forward with a peer interview after. Overall was a good experience other than some issues initially with connecting online for the interview. The team goes over basic behavioral questions to make sure you’re a good fit.

The interview process was very easy, I will say the manager I interviewed with was not who I ended up working under. My management changed three times in the first year and by the time I was leaving this position they had dissolved my department (float rewards) as a whole.
