It was easy to set up an interview once I followed up with the recruiter. The interviewer spoke about the hospital itself and what to expect. They left room for questions. They were interested in my education and future goals and the ability to fulfill their staffing needs.

What are your educational goals pertaining to this role?
Phone screen with recruiter that lasts about 30 minutes in which the give you the details about the position. Then a virtual interview with the hiring manager and other nursing leaders that is 45 minutes.

The interview process was a 15 minute phone call. Very smooth process and I was scheduled to be interviewed within a week of applying. The recruiter was very kind and enthusiastic.
