The interview process for the SDR role is slightly long, though I’ve found this pretty typical for tech roles. You start with a recruitment screen, followed by a one on one with your would be manager. These questions are mostly focused on your prior experience and what you’re looking for in a company. After this, there is a mock cold call where you’re given a scenario. I found this to be pretty easy and it’s followed up with more interview questions from a panel. Many of the questions were pretty redundant, and I felt like I didn’t fully convey my worth, but that might have slightly been my fault.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Bazaarvoice (London, England)
Interview
Meeting was scheduled and confirmed but turned out to be a no show. It seems to be common practice. Don’t waste any time on this. What a “Bazaarjoke” Also, one bad review is followed up by five excellent ones….do you see a pattern here?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bazaarvoice (Austin, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
It was very smooth, good vibes throughout the process. The Manager was super helpful and nice, out of all of my interviews, I enjoyed these the most. Final round is an inbound mock call.
