Interview
The process took about 2-3 weeks from initial contact to receiving an offer.
It began with a quick telephone call with the Head of Talent to discuss the opportunity, before submitting my application and receiving an invite to the Belfast office for a series of in-person interviews shortly after.
I spoke with some of the product and technical leads over the course of a full morning at the Belfast office, with the interviews being a mix of set technical and non-technical questions as well as some open-ended discussion about the business, industry and technology as a whole. These interviews were challenging but enjoyable - those I spoke to were very knowledgable about their respective areas, and were fully engaged in getting to know me, but also helping me understand more about the company, and the role of the Belfast site specifically.
I was then invited to have a short call with the CTO, Fritz Hesse to discuss the opportunity, my role specifically, and to answer any questions I had. Fritz was also very friendly and I valued the opportunity to speak to someone at that level so early in the process.
I received an offer about a week later, and was invited to openly ask any questions I had at that stage. I felt that the lines of communication were always open, and any questions I had were answered quickly and completely.

Various questions about my prior work and projects, business and technical challenges I have faced in the past and how I approached them, my view on some of the challenges currently faced by the teams etc.
Thank you for your comments and I am pleased to read you had a positive experience with us. Our CTO and other members of our exec team are very hands on with hiring and often will chat to candidates at late stages like this - obviously it's another chance for us to ask a few questions but equally for the candidate it gives them a great opportunity to get that c-level insight and connection.
