Casual but still professional. A lead manager talked to me first and then I was passed on the main manager, where he asks a few questions to make sure I was a right fit for the position.
was quick short and simple. Asked how to deal difficult customers and how I delt with the these customers. Basic customer service experience as well. Overall was one of the easiest job interviews.
It was pretty straightforward. They asked about why I wanted to work there and what experience I had. Then they asked about my available hours and things like that. It wasn’t too difficult or anything like that.
