Due to turnover they are always looking for managers which should have served as a warning to me. I had two interviews and the whole process took only 10 days. My first interview was with a district hr manager then the final was with a district manager. The district manager kept getting interrupted during my interview by phone calls and employee questions which was not professional .

Questions were all generic and typical of any interview.
Had to jump on 3 separate video interviews, but they were all straightforward. They want to recap your Career history, review your Skills, and lastly the Q &A. Overall, the entire process took 1.5 weeks.

Had a phone interview and moved to an in person interview with the DM. Both interviews went very well, as they both were very friendly and made the process stress free.

Interview
Recruiter didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the company or the job description. Didn’t seem to come with prepared questions. Didn’t seem happy about having to interview. Recruiter repeatedly coughed into the phone without any apologies. Made me not want to finish the interview.
