I applied online. I interviewed at Behavioral Innovations
Interview
You'll meet with the operations manager and the center administrator for a round of questions and then you'll be shown a realistic job preview. My advice is to interact with the kiddos in the realistic job interview and engage with the staff. During the questions, demonstrate your willingness to adapt in a chaotic environment and to also learn new things.
Interview questions [1]

Tell me about a time you received feedback and how did you handle it?
Tell me about a time someone wasn't doing their job and what did you do?

Interview
First you will get an introduction call in which you describe your background and your interest in why you want to work in aba. If you do well with that, then you will be called in and you will have to do a mock session (with a rbt by your side to model, and an actual client as well as the clinical director(I believe that was her position). They are looking to see how well you pair and if you’re able to run one of their targets.

Interview process was fairly simple. It was mainly just behavioral questions with 2 people. I didn’t have any previous experience answering those types of questions but it was still easy.

Quick to respond and initiate the interview process. Gained a lot of helpful information and led to a smooth transition into orientation! Felt like I was able to gain a concrete grasp of what day to day work would look like and what would be expected of my role.
