interviewed by DRCS ( Director of Resident Care Services) who is like the DON over there. then had a follow up interview with Executive Director shortly after. He was the one to make the offer, and then finalized with DRCS.
It was a group interview. We interviewed with the manager of memory care and the wellness coordinator. multiple questions to answer about patient care, how to questions and work experience. They narrowed down the group and gave offer letters to those they chose
